Background:
Like all stories, his began with two people, falling in love... and by that, I mean; His mother was an Dalmascan bard on a voyage to Tural who managed to seduce a Yok Huy, and did what Bard's do... Unknowing she was with child, Khara returned to Rabanstrae after her expedition, and gave birth to a boy, which cost her very life itself.Taken in by his uncle and raised within the walls of the royal city, Ehreksun spent his first years growing up as any other citizen of the kingdom... that was, until the invasion of Garlemald... As Garlean forces poured into the streets, and buildings were set ablaze, Ehreksun watched in horror and dismay as the only home he'd known was razed to the ground, watching as his family were slaughtered by imperial blades--- the last words he heard from his uncle; "Run." And so he did. Amidst the chaos Ehreksun fled, running till his little legs gave out... finding himself within the wilds of the Dalmascan Desert... boy lost with nothing left but a will to survive. For seventeen years, the boy lived amongst the wild beasts of the land; One summer day, he stumbled his way into the Orobonne Monestary. Where treasure hunters who had been pillaging the ruins managed to trick and capture the nearly inhuman man--- transporting him back to Eorzea with the intent to sell the man into the pits... Starving and feral; However, fate smiled upon Ehreksun-- as a Monk from The Fists Of Rhalgr; Wracwulf, took pity on the boy, purchasing him before transporting the towering man to the Temple of the Fist, where Ehreksun was softly adopted into their order. For the next four years, the boy was trained as a monk, learning the ways of the fist and the mysteries of chi. Eventually he found his way into the Resistance, fighting to free Ala Mhigo.Throughout the years, Stories began to pass their way around the Garlean war camps, horrific stories of a creature whom fought like more wild ravenous beast than man… said to rend flesh and bone alike from his enemies with but his bare hands, a figure who towered over men like a pillar reaching to the sky… a man that left a field of battle appearing more as a tapestry of tattered and mutilated corpses… a monster who’s name struck fear into the hearts of Garleans "The Beast Of Dalmasca".After the war for Ala Mhigo had ended, Ehreksun began to wander the land--- where he embarked on many adventures. Settling down for a time with a woman named Rihna, indebted to a pirate named Kiche whom had saved her life many years prior. For a handful of happy years the two of them lived a life Ehreksun could've never dreamt of... though like all dreams one must eventually awake. Ehreksun had embarked upon a voyage to the new world in hopes to uncover the truth of his origin and find his father in the distant land of Tural--- yet it never bore fruit, as his ship wrecked and he was stranded at sea, drifting to an island where he remained a castaway for nearly a cycle... Eventually he was found on a makeshift raft along the trade routes, and taken back to Eorzea... though he returned to an empty home... Retreating back into the wilds, no longer wishing to be apart of the world of men. For two whole cycles he seemingly disappeared, till once again like a mysterious cryptid he emerged, returning once more to civilized life.Moving on with life he laughed, he loved, and he lived once more--- till one day his whole world changed, when he received a letter from Rihna... they met once more, and in a bittersweet exchange of a time long past... The lies that had been told to both of them, that they'd been separated for falsehoods... but most importantly he was informed of his daughter; Ehri... who had been born without his knowledge. And a strange circumstance caused Ehri and Kiche to end up upon an entire other world, one without night... till she returned--- a grown woman... so for the first time, Ehreksun met his daughter she was but a score of years younger than himself...His tale continues, as he wanders the world seeking adventure and mirth...
